Refund Policy

No justification is required and use of Instalatic does not by itself remove eligibility. We do not deduct Paddle fees from your refund. A full refund includes the taxes paid on the refunded transaction.

An ordinary refund for unused subscription time is not provided after 14 days. Duplicate or erroneous charges and substantial technical problems are considered separately. Mandatory buyer rights and Paddle's refund authority remain unaffected.

Email [email protected] with the account email and, if available, the transaction number. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle through its buyer support site or the link in your receipt.

Refunds are processed through Paddle. On a full refund, the subscription is cancelled and paid access ends. The 14-day window starts with the payment, not with the start of the trial. A purchase with a 100% discount has no paid amount to refund.

We answer a refund request within one to two business days. A refund does not delete the account or its data: export stays available and data is kept until the company deletes it, on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

The Customer Portal lets you update your payment method, view invoices and cancel your subscription. Cancellation without a refund leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Following a failed payment and the configured grace period, data remains available for viewing and export while changes are blocked.

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it and access continues for another 7 days. After that Instalatic becomes read-only for the company: data can still be viewed and exported, while changes are blocked.
